Just when you think that Baketech has already given you a wealth of knowledge from the recent (and continuing) basic baking seminars, as well as the recently concluded Advanced Baking Holiday Pastries seminar, here comes another one on the way. This time, this seminar features cakes that you are sure to love, and will be a welcome addition to any Christmas table, as well as to any bakery display case you may have in your store.
This advanced baking seminar is called Cakeaholic, will feature 5 cakes that are sure to make your mouth water. These cakes include Carrot Delight cake, Cookies & Cream cake, Creamy Buko Pandan cake, Black Forest cake, and Strawberry Fields cake. Each cake will be taught to seminar attendees by Chef Jed, and will be a hands-on workshop, which means each person will learn how to make the batter from scratch, to bake the cakes themselves, and to ice and decorate these as well.
Attendees will need to shell out P2,500.00 for the whole day seminar, and will need to choose a day to participate in, as well as pay a downpayment for that day to secure their slot. Aside from the valuable baking lessons they will learn from the world-class instructor of this module, they will also be given free lunch on-site, and certificates of completion for finishing the workshop. They will even be given free cake samples to try, and to take home with them.
